1. Generally speaking, the construction period of commercial exhibitions is relatively short. Therefore, when arranging personnel, it is necessary to choose the "crowd tactics", allocate each group reasonably, set up team leaders to complete their respective tasks under leadership, clarify task rules, and effectively complete construction tasks;

4. Pay attention to the safety of goods transportation and transportation. Generally, large exhibition halls are chosen for exhibition construction, which are very high-end venues. Therefore, during the transportation of goods, not only should product quality be paid attention to, but also the exhibition hall facilities should not be careless or damaged;

5. Specification issues must be considered during construction. Many exhibition halls have specific requirements for the construction specifications of display boards. If the specifications do not meet the requirements, it is likely to damage other facilities in the exhibition hall. Therefore, during the construction process, it is necessary to measure whether the shape specifications of the exhibition board construction meet the construction requirements;

6. Everything should be considered from the customer's perspective, and efforts should be made to meet all customer requirements in order to maintain good communication with them;

7. If choosing to build in a hotel, it is necessary to conduct an investigation of the overall venue of the hotel before this, and check with the hotel manager whether there is any damage left in the venue layout before, to prevent unnecessary trouble payments after the exhibition ends;

8. When exiting, the hotel manager must inspect the qualified orders to ensure cleanliness on site. In short, the exit must be clean without delaying any procedural issues and preventing potential hazards in the future.
